You would be happy to know that UJ offers 120 master's programs (click here), 39 PhD programs (click here), and 7 higher diploma programs, and 22 high specialization programs in medicine and dentistry (click here). Check Eligibility:
After choosing your desired program, please review the eligibility criteria for your chosen program to ensure you meet all the requirements specified by the university as UJ general admission requirements apply to all prospective students. Particularly, please review the English Language requirements specified here English Test.pdf, Also note that each academic program may have specific requirements tailored to its unique curriculum and objectives.
Required Documents:
After checking your eligibility for the program, your electronic application at the next step must include the following documents compiled into a single PDF file (with a size of less than 6 MB):
1. A copy of the General Secondary Certificate (high school or Tawjihi).
2. A copy of the bachelor's degree certificate is required for master's students. For doctoral students, a copy of the master's degree certificate with a rating of at least 'Good' is required.
3. Transcripts for all academic years of the bachelor's degree for master's students, and transcripts for all academic years of both the bachelor's and master's degree for doctoral students.
4. The grading system used by the student's university (for graduates of non-Jordanian universities).
5. A personal photograph.
6. A copy of the passport.
Reigstration process:
Once you have gathered all the required documents, you will be ready to apply by:
- Creating an account on the application portal.
- Completing the application form.
- Uploading the required documents.
- Paying the application fees electronically on the portal.

This will direct you to the "Student Registration" page of the Study in Jordan portal.
2. Create a New Account:
On the registration page, look for the option to create a new account. This may be a button labeled "Register" or "Create Account."
3. Verification:
You may be required to verify your email address. Check your email for a verification link and click on it to verify your account.
Follow any additional verification steps if prompted.
4. Fill in Personal Information:
Enter your personal details such as your full name, date of birth, nationality, and other required personal information.
Ensure that all information is accurate and matches your official documents.
5. Contact Information:
Provide your contact details including email address, phone number, and physical address.
Double-check your email address as it will be used for important communications.
6. Academic Information:

7. Submit the Application:

8. Pay Application Fees:

After submission and payment, you should receive a confirmation email with details about the next steps.

Upon initial acceptance into the program:
Once you have completed the registration procedures for the program, you should have these documents certified by the relevant ministries as detailed below:
1. The General Secondary Certificate (high school or Tawjihi): Certification is required from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant's home country and in Jordan.
2. The university Degree and Transcripts: Certificatin is required from the Ministry of Education and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant's home country and in Jordan, use this link for further details (https://rceapp.mohe.gov.jo/)*.
3. A No-Objection Letter: This must be obtained from the cultural attaché of the student's country**.
4. Documentation of English Language Test : confirmation that the student has undergone an English language test. Refer to this document English Test.pdf for a list of language tests, their required scores, and additional details.
5. letter of Recognition: A letter from the applicant's embassy or from the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan confirming recognition of the university where the student studied. To verify if the university is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Jordan, use this link (https://rnji.mohe.gov.jo/).
Please note:
*There is an office for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research for certifying documents.
**Kuwaiti applicants must provide the specified document with their application.
***Students from English-speaking countries are not required to take a language test.
